基于CiteSpace近二十年新安医学研究可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 探析新安医学近二十年的研究热点与前沿,为了解新安医学的研究进展作全面概述。方法 检索2004年1月—2024年4月中国知识资源总库、中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国学术期刊数据库公开发表的新安医学文献。应用CiteSpace 5.7.R1对研究文献的作者、机构、关键词进行文献计量分析。结果 纳入1140篇文献,发文趋势呈波动递增。来源期刊158种,发文量前3杂志为《中医药临床杂志》《安徽中医药大学学报》《中医文献杂志》;涉及599位作者,发文较多的有王键、郭锦晨、黄辉;218个研究机构中安徽中医药大学、安徽中医药大学第一附属医院和北京中医药大学发文量较多;关键词589个,高频关键词有孙一奎、学术思想、汪机、固本培元。结论 新安医学研究热点为新安医家及医著的学术探究,前沿趋势为专病专科的临证经验和用药规律,以及传统中医技法的传承创新,为新安医学的后续研究提供重要参考方向。Objective To explore the research hotspots and frontiers of Xin'an Medicine in recent 20 years for a comprehensive overview of the research progress of Xin'an Medicine.Methods The literatures on Xin'an Medicine were retrieved from CNKI,VIP,CBM and Wanfang Data from January 2004 to April 2024.CiteSpace5.7.R1 was used for bibliometric analysis of the authors,institutions and keywords included in the literature.Results A total of 1,140 articles were included after screening.The total number of publications showed an increasing trend of fluctuation.There were 158 journals,and the top three journals were Clinical Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Journal of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine Literature.599 authors were involved,high-yield authors such as Wang Jian,Guo Jinchen,Huang Hui.Among the 218 research institutions,Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine had a large number of papers.The number of keywords was 589,among which the high-frequency keywords were Sun Yikui,academic thought,Wang Ji,Guben Peiyuan.Conclusions The research hot spots of Xin'an Medicine are the academic exploration of Xin'an physicians and medical records,and the frontier trends are the clinical experience and medication rule of specialized diseases,as well as the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine techniques,which provides reference for the follow-up research of Xin'an Medicine.
