早期综合发展社区护理在儿童保健中的应用效果及对其生长发育的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨早期综合发展社区护理在儿童保健中的应用效果及对其生长发育的影响。方法 选择2021—2023年本社区体检的1547名健康儿童作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(773名)和研究组(774名)两组。对照组给予常规保健干预,研究组给予早期综合发展社区护理,两组均连续干预1个月。观察两组儿童家属护理满意度、不良事件发生率以及血红蛋白水平,比较干预前后精细动作、社交、语言、适应能力、大运动评分、生长发育情况变化。结果 干预前,两组儿童的精细动作、社交、语言、适应能力、大运动等评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组儿童的精细动作、社交、语言、适应能力、大运动等评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组儿童的生长发育情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组儿童的体重、身高、头围的生长发育情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组儿童的血红蛋白水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组儿童家属的护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组儿童出现贫血、佝偻病及营养不良的不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采取早期综合发展社区护理应用在儿童保健中,可有效提高儿童智力发育水平及血红蛋白水平,使其得以正常地生长发育,以提高家长对该护理模式的满意度,并有效避免贫血、佝偻病以及营养不良等事件的发生。Objective To explore the application effects of early comprehensive developmental community nursing in child health care and its impact on growth and development.Methods A total of 1,547 healthy children in our community physical examination from 2021 to 2023 were selected as research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table:the control group and the study group,with 773 cases in the control group and 774 cases in the study group.The control group received routine health intervention,the study group was provided with early integrated developmental community nursing.Both groups underwent continuous intervention for 1 month.The nursing satisfaction of family members,the incidence of adverse events and hemoglobin levels were observed in both groups.Changes in fine movements,social skills,language abilities,adaptive behaviors,gross motor scores,and growth and development were compared before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of fine motor skills,social skills,language abilities,adaptive behaviors,and gross motor skills between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the study group showed significantly higher scores in fine motor skills,social skills,language abilities,adaptive behaviors,and gross motor skills compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in growth and development between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the study group demonstrated better growth and development outcomes,including weight,height,and head circumference,compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The hemoglobin levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members in the study group was also significantly higher than that in the control
