摘　　要：新质人才是推动各行业高质量发展的核心动力。目前,我国公共卫生队伍面临人才短缺、结构失衡和应对能力不足等一系列问题。在此背景下,培养符合新时代公共卫生事业需求的新质公共卫生人才,成为推动公共卫生事业高质量发展的迫切任务。因此,本研究将探讨新质公共卫生人才的内涵和特质、需求分析、培养中存在的问题及其应对策略,以期为我国新质公共卫生人才的培养提供理论支持。New quality talents serve as the key driver for promoting high quality development across industries.Currently,China’s public health workforce faces a series of challenges including talent shortages,structural imbalances,and insufficient coping capabilities.In this context,cultivating new quality public health talents that meet the demands of public health services in the new era has become an urgent task to promote the high quality development of public health initiatives.Therefore,this study will explore the connotations and characteristics of new quality public health talents,conduct a demand analysis,identify the existing issues in talent cultivation,and propose coping strategies,so as to provide theoretical support for the cultivation of new quality public health talents in China.
