摘　　要：目的通过分析中老年健康体检人群血栓弹力图(thromboelastography,TEG)数据,建立本地区中老年群体TEG参考范围,探讨TEG各参数与传统凝血指标的关系,为中老年健康群体凝血状态评估提供科学依据。方法选取2022年04月至2024年08月期间在我院做健康体检的中老年人群,对TEG各项指标进行年龄相关性的分析,并与凝血四项等数据进行比较。结果建立了中老年健康体检人群TEG参考区间:Angle(48.98~76.78)°、CI(-4.44~3.20)、K(0.70~3.36)min、MA(44.67~69.13)mm和R(3.43~8.21)min,TEG值中的Angle值、CI值及K值分别与活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)及凝血酶时间(thrombin time,TT)显著相关(P<0.05);MA值与FIB、TT显著相关(P<0.001);R值与凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、APTT、TT显著相关(P<0.05)。结论本研究结果提示中老年人群的TEG各指标与一般人群存在差异,并初步建立了中老年健康体检人群的TEG参考区间。Objective Based on the thromboelastography(TEG)data of middle⁃aged and elderly healthy individuals,this study aims to establish a local TEG reference range for this age group,investigate the correlations between TEG parameters and traditional coagulation indicators,and provide a scientific basis for evaluating the coagulation status of healthy middle⁃aged and elderly populations.Methods We selected middle⁃aged and elderly individuals who underwent physical examination in our hospital from April 2022 to August 2024.Age⁃related analyses of various TEG indicators were performed,comparing them with traditional coagulation parameters data.Results The TEG reference intervals for middle⁃aged and elderly healthy individuals were established as follows:Angle(48.98-76.78)°,CI(-4.44-3.20),K(0.70-3.36)min,MA(44.6-69.13)mm,and R(3.43-8.21)min.Angle,CI,and K values were significantly correlated with activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB),and thrombin time(TT)(P<0.05),respectively;MA values were significantly correlated with FIB and TT(P<0.001);R values were significantly correlated with PT,APTT and TT(P<0.05).Conclusion This research suggests that TEG indicators among middle⁃aged and elderly groups differ from those of the general population,and we successfully established a reference range for TEG in the middle⁃aged and elderly healthy population.
