摘  要:本研究以漂白针叶木浆和导电炭黑为主要原料,以阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)为助留剂,通过湿法成形制备了抗静电空气滤纸,研究了CPAM用量、炭黑添加量对炭黑留着率和抗静电空气滤纸性能的影响。结果表明,当CPAM用量为0.10%、炭黑添加量为6%时,炭黑留着率最高可达56%,此时空气滤纸的耐破度、平均孔径、透气度和表面电阻分别为60.2 kPa、40.3μm、188 L/m^(2)·s和1.4×10^(4)Ω,具有良好的强度和抗静电性能,同时具有适宜的孔径分布和良好的透气性,可以满足锂电池生产车间空气净化的要求。Bleached softwood pulp and conductive carbon black were used as the primary raw materials in this study,and cationic polyacryl-amide(CPAM)was used as a retention aid to prepare antistatic air filter paper by wet forming.The effects of the dosage of CPAM and ad-dtion amount of carbon black on retention rate of carbon black and the properties of the antistatic air filter paper were investigated.The re-sults showed that when the addition amount of carbon black was 6%and the dosage of CPAM was 0.10%,the retention rate of carbon black in air filter paper reached 56%,and the bursting strength,average pore size,air permeability,and surface resistance of the air filter paper were 60.2 kPa,40.3μm,188 L/m^(2)·s,and 1.4×10^(4)Ω,respectively.The air filter paper displayed excellent strength and antistatic perfor-mance,as well as suitable pore size distribution and air permeability,and could meet the requirements of air purification for lithium battery production workshop.
