巨菌草化学机械法制浆预浸渍工艺探究

摘　　要：本研究以巨菌草为原料,采用化学机械法制浆工艺,通过单因素实验,从用碱量、反应温度、反应时间3方面探究预浸渍工艺对纸浆化学组分、纤维形态及其纸张物理强度的影响。结果表明,用碱量对纸浆综纤维素含量影响较大,反应温度、反应时间的升高均对增强纸张物理性能有积极作用,巨菌草化学机械法制浆最适预浸渍工艺条件为用碱量8%、反应温度90℃、反应时间60 min。在此工艺条件下,巨菌草化学机械浆性能及其纸张物理强度均良好,纸浆的综纤维素含量为79.2%,纤维素含量为62.5%,半纤维素含量为16.8%,木质素含量为17.8%,纤维平均长度为0.75 mm,粗度为0.14 mg/m,细小纤维面积比为16.9%,平均宽度为22.3μm,纸张抗张指数为42.8 N·m/g,撕裂指数为4.70 mN·m^(2)/g,耐破指数为1.87 kPa·m^(2)/g。In this study,Pennisetum sinese grasses was used as raw material,and chemi-mechanical pulping process was adopted.Through single factor experiment,the effects of pre-impregnation process on the chemical components of pulp,fiber morphology,and the physical strength of paper were investigated,from three aspects of alkali dosage,reaction temperature,and reaction time.The results showed that the alkali dosage had a greater impact on the total cellulose content,and the increase of reaction temperature or reaction time had a positive effect on the enhancement of the physical properties of paper.The optimum pre-impregnation conditions for chemi-mechani-cal pulping of Pennisetum sinese grasses were alkali dosage of 8%,reaction temperature of 90℃,and reaction time of 60 min.Under the best process conditions,the properties of the chemi-mechanical pulp and the physical strength of papers were good.The content of total cellulose in the pulp was 79.2%,the content of cellulose was 62.5%,the content of hemicellulose was 16.8%,and the content of lignin was 17.8%.The average fiber length was 0.75 mm,the coarseness was 0.14 mg/m,the area ratio of fine fiber was 16.9%,and the aver-age width was 22.3μm.The tensile index of paper was 42.8 N·m/g,the tearing index was 4.70 mN·m^(2)/g,and the brusting index was 1.87 kPa·m^(2)/g.
