摘　　要：本课题根据多条二氧化氯(ClO_(2))生产线的设计经验,结合投产后的成果,从自动化控制设计角度,对ClO_(2)生产线上的防爆区域划分、仪表防爆需求、可燃与有毒气体探测器的设置、危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析、仪表安全完整性等级(SIL)划分、安全仪表控制系统(SIS)的设置等方面进行了总结。ClO_(2)制备系统的自控安全措施,能够确保ClO_(2)制备过程的安全性和稳定性。Based on the design experience of several chlorine dioxide(ClO_(2))production lines and the results after putting into operation.In this paper,the automatic control safety measures of ClO_(2) plan were set from the aspects of explosion-proof area division,instrument explo-sion-proof,combustible and toxic gas detector setting,HAZOP analysis,instrument safety integirty level(SIL),and safety instrument sys-tem(SIS),etc.The automatic control safety measure of the ClO_(2) production system could ensure the safety and stability of ClO_(2) plan.
