摘 要:针对回采工作面间留设宽度较大的区段煤柱导致工作面回采率低、煤柱上方应力集中程度大和工作面采掘接替紧张的问题,以山西晋煤集团晋圣亿欣煤业有限公司XV1306工作面为研究对象,采用理论分析和现场试验相结合的研究方法,提出切顶卸压无煤柱自动成巷技术,确定了预裂切缝关键技术参数。基于XV1306工作面实际工程技术条件,提出了“恒阻大变形锚索+分段支护”围岩控制方案。现场应用结果表明:留巷后巷道顶底板及两帮相对位移量最大值分别为321 mm和198 mm,围岩控制效果显著。相较于留设20 m宽区段煤柱,可多回采煤炭资源约33560 t,少掘进回采巷道461 m,经济效益显著。In response to the problems of low recovery rate of working face,high stress concentration above coal pillar and tight mining succession caused by large width coal pillar left in mining face,taking XV1306 working face of Jinsheng Yixin Coal Industry of Shanxi Jincheng Coal Group Co.,Ltd.as the research object,the research method combining theoretical analysis and field test was adopted.The automatic roadway forming technology of roof cutting and pressure relief without coal pillar was put forward,and the key technical parameters of pre-splitting and cutting seam are determined.Based on the actual engineering and technical conditions of XV1306 working face,the surrounding rock control scheme of“constant resistance and large deformation anchor cable and segmented support”is proposed.The field application results show that the maximum relative displacements of the roof and floor of the roadway and the two sides were 321 mm and 198 mm respectively,and the surrounding rock control effect was remarkable.Compared with the coal pillar with a width of 20 m,about 33560 t more coal resources can be recovered,461 m less roadway excavation,and the economic benefits were significantly improved.
