大巷煤柱回收工作面矿压显现规律及控制研究

摘  要:为解决大巷煤柱回收时超前支承应力增大导致巷道变形严重、工作面来压明显等问题,通过数值模拟和现场实测的方法对晋能控股装备制造集团赵庄煤矿9616煤柱回收工作面进行研究。数值模拟表明,遗留大巷两侧及中部煤岩体间存在应力集中区,且随工作面推采应力影响区域向工作面走向扩展,切顶卸压对降低超前支承压力影响有较明显作用。现场对工作面进行切顶,并在超前段顺槽及空巷进行单体支护,回采期间超前段支架最大压力为22.1 MPa,各超前段巷道顶底板和两帮最大移近量为144.9 mm和184.0 mm。In order to solve the problems such as serious roadway deformation and obvious working face pressure caused by the increase of pre-supporting stress during coal pillar recovery.The 9616 coal pillar recovery face of Zhaozhuang Coal Industry of Jinneng Holding Equipment Manufacturing Groupis is studied by numerical simulation and field measurement.The numerical simulation shows that there are stress concentration areas between the coal and rock masses on both sides of the remaining roadway and in the middle of the roadway,and the influence area of the mining stress expands towards the working face with the pushing of the working face,and the roof cutting pressure relief has a significant effect on reducing the influence of the leading abutment pressure.The roof of the working face is cut on site,and the single support is carried out in the advance section roadway and empty roadway.During the mining period,the maximum pressure of the support in the advance section is 22.1 MPa,and the maximum displacement of the roof and floor of each advance section and the two sides of the roadway is 144.9 mm and 184.0 mm.
