摘　　要：针对晋能控股装备制造集团长平矿底抽巷围岩风化严重、锚杆(索)锈蚀失效等问题,采用柔性喷涂材料替代传统混凝土及时封闭巷道围岩。工业性试验结果表明:柔性薄喷材料具有施工速度快、喷层韧性好、工艺简单等诸多优点,与混凝土喷层相比,柔性薄喷材料每平米综合成本降低约8.8%,巷道变形得到有效控制,围岩封闭效果良好。Aiming at the problems of serious weathering of surrounding rock and corrosion failure of bolt(cable)in the bottom pumping roadway of Changping Coal Mine,flexible spraying materials are used to replace traditional concrete to seal the surrounding rock of roadway in time.The industrial test results show that the flexible thin spray material has many advantages,such as fast construction speed,good toughness of spray layer,simple process and so on.Compared with the concrete spray layer,the comprehensive cost per square meter of the flexible thin spray material is reduced by about 8.8%,the roadway deformation is effectively controlled,and the surrounding rock sealing effect is good.
