摘 要:针对沿空留巷过度支护的问题,以山西高河能源有限公司W4307-2工作面为研究对象,采用现场实测和数值模拟相结合的方法,对原支护方案下沿空巷道锚杆受力特征进行分析,基于沿空巷道的“非对称性”变形特征,结合数值模拟结果确定了合理的巷道初始支护方案及后期留巷阶段支护方案。现场工业性应用结果表明:优化支护方案不仅每排可少布置一根锚杆,具有较好的经济优势,且能有效控制巷道围岩变形,为巷道安全使用提供了保障。Aiming at the problem of excessive support in gob-side entry retaining,taking W4307-2 working face of Shanxi Gaohe Energy Co.,Ltd.,as the research object,the stress characteristics of bolt in gob-side entry retaining under the original support scheme are analyzed by means of field measurement and numerical simulation.Based on the'asymmetric'deformation characteristics of gob-side entry retaining,combined with the numerical simulation results,the reasonable initial support scheme of roadway and the support scheme in the later stage of gob-side entry retaining are determined.The field industrial application results show that the optimized support scheme not only has a good economic advantage by arranging one less bolt per row,but also can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway and provide a guarantee for the safe use of the roadway.
