态度系统视域下家事调解中当事人的意向性分析

摘　　要：家事纠纷牵扯情感,夹杂伦理,具有异于其他纠纷的复杂性和独特性。家事调解中当事人的话语是其陈述事实和观点、表明态度和意向的基本途径,但迄今尚未受到学界的足够关注。本文以态度系统为视角,在意向性理论的指导下,探讨当事人在家事调解中态度资源的使用与意向性的实现。研究发现:家事调解语境下,当事人交替使用情感、判断和鉴赏资源,以表明态度、传达意向。当事人的话语中意向直接或间接地反映其在先意向,直接反映主要由显性评价语词实现,间接反映则多由小句、修辞等隐性评价资源实现。Family disputes involving emotions and ethics,are distinguished from other disputes in terms of complexity and peculiarity.In family mediation,disputants'discourse is crucial for presenting facts and opinions while expressing attitudes and intentions,but to date it has not received due scrutiny in linguistics.Based on the Attitude System and the Intentionality Theory,this study explores disputants'discourse in family mediation,with an aim to reveal how attitudinal resources are employed to manifest disputants'intentionality.It is found that disputants use various resources of Affect,Judgement and Appreciation to demonstrate their attitudes and manifest their intentionality.Their intention in discourse may reflect their prior intention either directly by explicit appraisal lexis or indirectly by implicit appraisal clauses or rhetorical devices.
