红色文化助推革命老区乡村振兴的实践与思考——以江西省莲花县沿背村为例

摘　　要：红色文化作为革命老区的独特资源,在乡村振兴中的重要作用主要体现在三个方面,即政策引领赋能、物质发展要素供给和精神动力支撑。江西省莲花县沿背村通过挖掘利用丰厚的红色资源,依托甘祖昌干部学院,大力发展红色培训产业,实现了从贫困落后村到乡村振兴先进村的蝶变。沿背村的发展有力证明了红色文化助推乡村振兴的现实可能性,同时也带来了几个有益启示:革命老区以红色文化助推乡村振兴,必须创新发展理念,找准红色文化优势资源转化的实践路径,完善相应政策支撑。Red culture,as a unique resource in the old revolutionary areas,can play an important role in local rural revitalization,which is mainly reflected in three aspects,namely,policy-led empowerment,supply of material development elements and spiritual power support.Yanbei Village,Lianhua County,Jiangxi Province,has vigorously developed the red training industry by excavating and utilizing rich red resources and relying on Ganzuchang Cadre College,realizing the butterfly transformation from a poor and backward village to an advanced village for rural revitalization.The development of Yanbei Village strongly proves the practical possibility of red culture to promote rural revitalization,and also brings some useful enlightenment:the old revolutionary base area uses red culture to promote rural revitalization,and it is necessary to innovate the concept of development,find the practical path for the transformation of red cultural advantageous resources,and improve the corresponding policy support.
