摘 要:针对圆锯片基体平面度人工检测结果精度较低且检测过程中易损伤基体表面的问题,提出了一种基于改进体素栅格滤波算法的平面度检测方法。采用激光位移传感器沿阿基米德螺旋线运动轨迹进行圆锯片基体表面采样,提升检测效率;使用改进体素栅格滤波算法精简并重建点云数据,实现表面原始形貌特征的有效还原,提高检测结果的可靠性。试验结果表明,检测系统测量平面度误差小于0.02 mm,能够有效检测圆锯片基体的平面度,证明了本文方法的可行性与有效性。In order to solve the problem that the accuracy of the manual detection results of the flatness of the circular saw blade matrix is low and the surface of the matrix is easy to be damaged during the manual detection process,a flatness detection method based on voxel grid filtering algorithm was proposed.The laser displacement sensor was used to sample the surface of the circular saw blade matrix along the trajectory of the Archimedes spiral to improve the detection efficiency.The improved voxel grid filtering algorithm is used to simplify and reconstruct the point cloud data,so as to realize the effective restoration of the original surface topography features and improve the reliability of the detection results.The test results show that the flatness error measured by the detection system is less than 0.02 mm,which can effectively detect the flatness of the circular saw blade matrix,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.This research is of great significance for improving the productivity of the circular saw blade matrix manufacturing industry.
