摘  要:为适应城市交通的发展,曲线连续钢箱梁被广泛采用,但其在施工过程中工艺复杂,涉及的关键技术多,需要结合工程实际研究曲线连续钢箱梁在上跨既有线复杂施工环境下的顶推施工工艺,对顶推施工过程的关键技术研讨并提出对应解决措施。为保证施工的安全可靠性,今利用Midas/civil有限元软件对曲线连续钢箱梁进行有限元建模分析,经验证施工过程受力及钢箱梁的倾覆稳定性均满足要求,为项目的顺利实施奠定了基础,同时可为类似工程提供借鉴。In order to adapt to the development of urban traffic,curved continuous steel box girder is widely used,but its construction process is complicated and involves many key technologies.Therefore,it is necessary to study the incremental launching method construction of curved continuous steel box girder in the complex construction environment of existing line combined with actual engineering.The key technologies of incremental launching method construction are discussed and corresponding solutions are put forward.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of construction,Midas/civil finite element software is used to conduct finite element modeling analysis on the construction process of curved continuous steel box girder and after the completion of the bridge,verifying that the forces in the construction process and the overturning stability of the steel box girder meet the requirements,laying the foundation for the smooth implementation of the project.At the same time,it can provide reference for similar projects.
