摘  要:针对电力隧道区间位于软硬过渡等复杂地层时,顶管机由普通软弱地层进入岩质地层后难以一次性顶进至接收井的问题,在此,以S304省道(320国道段至运溪路)电力管廊土建工程为背景,提出了一种接收井侧暗埋隧道机械法超前清除“岩质障碍”+回填密实水泥砂浆法。该机械超前清障技术不仅有效解决了硬岩顶管难题,而且机械清障可与顶管作业同步实施,清障后的隧洞采用砂浆回填注浆密实,为顶管的二次掘进创造了无障碍条件,直达工作井并成功接收。其施工高效且安全、质量可控,可为类似顶管工程提供借鉴。When dealing with power tunnel sections located in complex strata such as transitions between soft and hard ground,the pipe jacking machine encounters difficulties in advancing directly to the reception shaft after entering from a common soft or weak stratum into a rock stratum.In this context,taking the S304 Provincial Road(from National Highway 320 to Yunxi Road)power conduit civil engineering project as a background,we propose a method of mechanical pre‑clearance of'rock obstacles'on the side of the reception shaft combined with backfilling with dense cement slurry.This approach not only effectively solves the problem of jacking through hard rock but also allows mechanical clearance to be carried out concurrently with the jacking operation.The tunnel after clearance is backfilled with slurry to ensure density,creating unobstructed conditions for subsequent jacking operations,enabling successful reception at the working shaft.The construction process is efficient,safe,and quality‑controlled,providing valuable experience for similar jacking projects.
