摘　　要：城市高质量发展是我国面临的重大课题。数字信息化和CIM(City Information Modeling)技术的快速发展为城市高质量发展提供了新的机遇和路径。CIM平台是城市数字化转型的核心基础设施,具有全面性、智能化、可视化等优势,在城市高质量发展中发挥着重要作用。但同时,也存在数据标准化、技术应用、应用推广等问题。为推动CIM平台在城市高质量发展中的应用,应加强顶层设计、加大投入、加强人才培养、营造良好应用环境。High‑quality urban development is a major challenge facing our country.The rapid development of digital information and CIM technology offers new opportunities and pathways for high‑quality urban development.The CIM platform is the core infrastructure for the digital transformation of cities,featuring comprehensiveness,intelligence,and visualization,playing a crucial role in high‑quality urban development.However,there are also issues such as data standardization,technology application,and promotion of applications.To promote the application of the CIM platform in high‑quality urban development,it is necessary to strengthen top‑level design,increase investment,enhance talent training,and create a favorable application environment.
