摘　　要：以湖杭高速吴兴至德清段工程智慧梁厂为依托,结合项目工期进度要求,合理布置拌和站、钢筋场、预制梁生产线的平面位置,研究了高速公路预制梁厂智慧生产线的整体布局。同时,为满足质量、安全的高标准要求,引进了布料机、混凝土接驳机、自动蒸汽养护系统等先进设备,高标准地完成了预制梁的生产任务,为高速公路预制梁厂智慧生产线的设计提供了一种新的思路,可供类似工程参考。Based on the smart beam factory of the Wuxing to Deqing section of the Huzhou‑Hangzhou Expressway project,and in combination with the project's schedule requirements,planar positions of the mixing plant,steel bar yard,and prefabricated beam production line were reasonably arranged.The overall layout of the intelligent production line for prefabricated beams in expressways was studied.At the same time,to meet the high standards of quality and safety,advanced equipment such as concrete distributor,concrete transfer machine,and automatic steam curing system were introduced.This allowed us to successfully complete the production tasks of prefabricated beams at high standards,providing a new idea for the design of intelligent production lines for prefabricated beams in expressways,which can serve as a reference for similar projects.
