摘　　要：杭甬二期高速公路沥青路面施工全过程质量控制系统,融合物联网与移动应用技术,实时精确采集沥青混合料生产、运输、铺设至碾压等环节的关键数据。并基于动态控制理论,系统高效分析数据,精准识别质量控制状态,实现智能化预警。可为其他项目的应用和技术发展提供参考,以加强沥青路面施工团队的质量管控水平。The entire process quality control system for the asphalt pavement construction of the Hangzhou‑Ningbo Expressway Phase II integrates Internet of Things(IoT)and mobile application technologies to accurately collect key data in real‑time from the production,transportation,laying,and compaction stages of asphalt mix.Based on dynamic control theory,the system efficiently analyzes data,precisely identifies quality control status,and achieves intelligent early warning.It can provide references for the application and technological development of other projects,enhancing the quality control capabilities of asphalt pavement construction teams.
