摘　　要：新型收纳式透气结构抢险救援服作为一种实用功能极强的产品,市场需求不断增长,相应的对于相关产品设计和生产工艺也提出了更多与更高的要求。本文针对新型收纳式透气结构抢险救援服从研发设计到生产制作的整个过程进行了全面系统的梳理和介绍,详细阐述了其材料选择、结构规格、生产工艺、设备选用以及质量控制等关键环节的设计和实施,希望能够为进一步研究和开发同类产品提供比较详尽的参考和借鉴作用,并为该领域的技术创新和发展提供理论依据与实践指导。With the increasing market demand for highly practical emergency rescue suits,the design and production processes of collapsible and breathable structure emergency rescue suits are facing higher requirements.This paper systematically reviews the entire process from R&D design to production of the new collapsible breathable structure emergency rescue suit,elaborating on key aspects such as material selection,structural specifications,manufacturing technology,equipment selection,and quality control.It aims to provide detailed references for further research and development of similar products while offering a theoretical basis and practical guidance for technological innovation in this field.
