摘　　要：极地极端寒冷、复杂多变的气候条件,对人员的生理和心理都是极大的考验。本文从机体的体温和代谢、神经系统、循环系统等生理功能的改变情况分析了低温对人体机能的影响,并详细介绍了美军在极寒环境下使用的个体防护装备,其中包括防寒服装系统、防寒护目镜、防寒手套以及防寒靴等。这些装备不仅设计精良,而且技术先进,能够在极端寒冷的气候条件下为士兵提供有效的防护。In the harsh and complex climate conditions of the Arctic or Antarctic Region, people face serious physiological and psychological challenges. This paper analyzes the impact of low temperature on human functions,including the changes in body temperature and metabolism, the nervous system, the circulatory system and other physiological systems. Then, it gives a detailed overview of the personal protective equipment(PPE) used by the US Army in extremely cold environments, including the cold-weather clothing system, goggles, gloves, and boots. The advanced designed and technology of this PPE offer effective protection for soldiers under extremely cold environments.
