摘　　要：兰州百合是我国食用百合中最佳的品种,是国家地理标志产品,在甘肃省栽培历史悠久。但由于种植年限长,连作重茬问题日趋严重,导致土壤退化、产量降低、土传病虫害频发、品质下降等问题。综述了兰州百合连作障碍的危害,从土壤理化性质的恶化、土壤微生物群落结构失衡、化感自毒作用等方面总结了兰州百合连作障碍形成的主要原因,并从土壤改良、科学施肥,合理轮作倒茬、优化栽培模式,有效利用生物菌、推广生物防治技术等方面阐述了兰州百合连作障碍防治措施,以期为兰州百合品质保障、产业可持续发展提供参考依据。Lanzhou lily is the best variety of edible lilies in China and a national geographical indication product with a long cultivation history in Gansu Province.However,due to the long planting periods,the problem of continuous cropping has become increasingly serious,leading to soil degradation,decrease of yield,frequent occurrence of soil borne diseases and pests,and decrease of quality.This paper reviewed the harm of continuous cropping obstacles of Lanzhou lily;summarized the main reasons for the formation of continuous cropping obstacles of Lanzhou lily from the aspects of deterioration of soil physical and chemical properties,imbalance of soil microbial community structure,and allelopathic autotoxicity;described the prevention and control measures of continuous cropping obstacle of Lanzhou lily from the aspects of soil improvement,scientific fertilization,rational crop rotation,optimization of cultivation mode,effective use of biological bacteria,promotion of biological control technology and so on,so as to provide reference for the quality assurance of Lanzhou lily and the sustainable development of Lanzhou lily industry.
