摘  要:传统育种技术因遗传基础狭窄、周期长等问题,难以满足高产、优质、抗逆协同提升的需求。通过整合物理诱变、生物诱变及分子标记辅助育种技术,成功构建了物理-生物协同诱变联合分子标记辅助育种技术体系。基于该体系成功培育出宏稻59、玉稻518等4个新品种,为解决水稻种质资源“卡脖子”问题提供了新途径。Because of the narrow genetic base and long cycle,traditional breeding technology is difficult to meet the demand for synergistic improvement of yield,quality and stress tolerance.Through systematic integration of physical mutagenesis,biological mutagenesis and molecular marker‑assisted breeding technologies,an innovative physical‑biological synergistic mutagenesis combined with molecular marker‑assisted breeding technical system was established.This breakthrough system had facilitated the successful development of four elite rice varieties,including Hongdao 59 and Yudao 518,providing a novel pathway to address the critical bottleneck constraints in rice germplasm innovation.
