植物生长调节剂种类、质量浓度、浸泡时间对木藤蓼嫩枝扦插生根的影响

摘  要:为探究木藤蓼嫩枝扦插生根过程中适宜的植物生长调节剂种类、质量浓度和浸泡时间,采用正交试验,研究植物生长调节剂种类[吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲丁·萘乙酸、生根粉(ABT)]、质量浓度(500、1000、1500 mg/L)和浸泡时间(10、300、1800 s)对木藤蓼嫩枝扦插生根率、生根数、、根长、最长根长、生根指数的影响。结果表明,3种因素对木藤蓼扦插生根率的影响表现为植物生长调节剂质量浓度>植物生长调节剂种类>浸泡时间,对生根数的影响表现为植物生长调节剂质量浓度>浸泡时间>植物生长调节剂种类,对根长的影响表现为植物生长调节剂种类>植物生长调节剂质量浓度>浸泡时间,对最长根长的影响表现为植物生长调节剂种类>植物生长调节剂质量浓度>浸泡时间,对生根指数的影响表现为植物生长调节剂质量浓度>植物生长调节剂种类>浸泡时间。木藤蓼嫩枝扦插根长的最优组合是1000 mg/L IAA浸泡1800 s,生根率、生根数、最长根长、生根指数的最优组合均是1000 mg/L IAA浸泡10 s。综合来看,1000 mg/L IAA浸泡10 s是木藤蓼嫩枝扦插生根效果最好的组合。To explore the suitable species,concentrations and soaking time of plant growth regulators during the rooting process of Polygonum aubertii cuttings,orthogonal experiments was conducted to study the effects of plant growth regulator species[indole‑3‑acetic acid(IAA),indolebutyric acid·naphthaleneacetic acid,and rooting powder(ABT)],concentrations(500,1000 and 1500 mg/L),and soaking time(10,300 and 1800 s)on the rooting rate,number of root,root length,longest root length,and rooting index of Polygonum aubertii cuttings.The results showed that the influence order of the three factors on the rooting rate of Polygonum aubertii cuttings was plant growth regulator concentration>plant growth regulator species>soaking time;The influence order of the three factors on the number of root of Polygonum aubertii cuttings was plant growth regulator concentration>soaking time>plant growth regulator species;The influence order of the three factors on the root length of Polygonum aubertii cuttings was plant growth regulator species>plant growth regulator concentration>soaking time;The influence order of the three factors on the longest root length of Polygonum aubertii cuttings was plant growth regulator type>plant growth regulator concentration>soaking time;The influence order of the three factors on the rooting index of Polygonum aubertii cuttings was plant growth regulator concentration>plant growth regulator species>soaking time.The optimal combination for root length of Polygonum aubertii cuttings was 1000 mg/L IAA soaking for 1800 s,while the optimal combinations for rooting rate,number of root,longest root length and rooting index were all 1000 mg/L IAA soaking for 10 s.Overall,1000 mg/L IAA soaking for 10 s is the best combination for the rooting of Polygonum aubertii cuttings.
