产业结构调整、劳动力流动对城市全要素生产率的影响——基于289个地级及以上城市样本的实证

摘　　要：城市产业布局是否合理、结构是否优化是反映城市经济发展的重要指标。以2005—2022年中国地级及以上289个城市为样本,采用双固定效应、系统GMM考察城市产业结构调整、劳动力流动以及两者耦合协调关系对城市全要素生产率的影响。研究表明:城市间产业结构调整、劳动力流动以及两者之间耦合协调度均能显著提升城市全要素生产率;劳动密集型产业的结构调整对城市全要素生产效率的促进作用和显著程度明显强于非劳动密集型产业,另外,利用门槛模型检验发现城市产业结构调整对城市全要素生产效率提升的影响存在双门槛值。为此,各城市要依托优势资源,促进产业上下链之间相互融合,推动产业纵深化、横向化发展,要积极推进产业生产技术的快速发展,要积极发挥政府职能和引领作用,提升城市生产效率。Whether the urban industrial layout is reasonable and whether the structure is optimized are important indexes to reflect the urban economic development.Taking 289 cities from 2005 to 2022 in China as samples,this paper used double fixed effect and systematic GMM to investigate the impact of urban industrial structure adjustment,labor flow and coordinated relationship on urban total factor productivity.The research showed that the adjustment of industrial structure,labor flow and the coupling and coordination between the two cities could significantly improve the urban total factor productivity.The structural adjustment of labor-intensive industries on the efficiency of urban total factor production was significantly stronger than that of non-labor-intensive industries.In addition,the threshold model test found that there was a single threshold value on the influence of the adjustment of urban industrial structure on the improvement of urban total factor production efficiency.To this end,cities should rely on superior resources to promote the integration of the upper and lower chains of industries,promote the vertical deepening and horizontal development of industries,actively promote the rapid development of industrial production technology,actively play the functions and leading role of the government,and improve the efficiency of urban production.
