摘 要:乡村旅游开发促进乡村经济振兴,而保护乡村文化是乡村旅游可持续发展的关键。为探究旅游开发过程中经济效益与文化保护的平衡问题,构建政府、旅游企业和旅游地村民之间的三方演化博弈模型,分析各参与方策略选择的演化稳定性,探究各参与方之间策略选择以及各要素之间的相互影响关系,并进一步分析博弈系统中的均衡点稳定性,最后通过数值仿真进行验证。结果表明:(1)相较于政府及村民,旅游企业对不同策略的收入差及成本差的影响最敏感;(2)提高奖惩力度是政府直接有效的管理办法,但较高的奖惩力度不利于政府履行监管职责;(3)企业与村民建立良好的合作关系能同时增强企业选择保护文化资源的意愿及村民选择积极参与的意愿。Tourism development has promoted rural economic revitalization,and the protection of rural culture has been the key to the sustainable development of rural tourism.In order to explore the balance between economic benefits and cultural protection in the process of tourism development,this paper constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model involving the government,tourism enterprises and villagers in the tourism area.It analyzes the evolutionary stability of the strategic choices of each participant,investigates the strategic choices of each participant as well as the mutual influence of each element,further analyzes the stability of equilibrium points in the game system,and finally verifies it through numerical simulation.The results showed that:①Compared with the government and villagers,tourism enterprises were most sensitive to the impacts of different strategies in terms of revenue and cost differentials.②Increasing the intensity of rewards and punishments was a direct and effective management method for the government,but higher rewards and punishments were not conducive to the government's fulfillment of its supervisory responsibilities.③Establishing a good cooperative relationship between the enterprises and villagers enhanced the willingness of the enterprises to choose conservation development and the willingness of the villagers to choose active participation.
