摘　　要：介绍数字疗法的概念、特点及在心血管疾病防治中的角色,论述其在常见危险因素及二级预防管理中的研究进展,指出面临的挑战及优化措施,旨在为未来开展相关研究提供参考。This paper introduces the concept,characteristics and role of digital therapeutics in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease,enumerates their applications in the management of common risk factors and secondary prevention,and points out the challenges and optimization measures,with the aim of providing references for conducting relevant studies in the future.
