摘 要:木质纤维生物质作为自然界储量最丰富的可再生资源,可转化为清洁能源、功能材料及高附加值平台化学品,但其致密结构导致的天然抗降解特性,严重制约了转化效率和资源利用率。预处理是一种可以打破木质纤维生物质抗降解屏障的关键技术,其中金属盐预处理法因其独特的作用机制和多样的存在形态备受关注。本文基于组分全质化利用理念,系统综述了不同存在形式金属盐的预处理方法:重点剖析了熔盐水合物、稀溶液体系、低共熔溶剂及催化剂型金属盐,以及其与其他辅助手段协同作用的预处理效能;从绿色化学角度展望了金属盐预处理体系的发展方向,为构建高效清洁的木质纤维生物质高值化利用技术提供理论支撑。As the most abundant renewable resource in nature,lignocellulosic biomass can be converted into clean energy,functional materials and a variety of high value-added platform chemicals.However,the dense structure of lignocellulose leads to low conversion efficiency and utilization ratio due to natural anti-degradation propertied.Pretreatment is an effective technology to overcome its anti-degradation barrier of lignocellulosic biomass,among which metal salt-based pretreatment has garnered significant attention due to its unique mechanism of action and various existence forms.This paper provided a comprehensive review on metal salt-based pretreatment system in different existence forms based on the concept of holomorphic utilization of components.The focus was on molten salt hydrate,dilute solution systems,low eutectic solvents and catalytic metal salts,and their pretreatment efficacy in synergy with other aids.From the perspective of green chemistry,the development of metal salt-based pretreatment systems was prospected,providing a theoretical support for the construction of efficient and clean lignocellulosic biomass high-value utilization technology.
