摘  要:稻草秸秆中富含的纤维素等碳水化合物经糖化后可形成发酵还原糖类物质,在生物质精炼领域展现出巨大潜力。然而,稻草秸秆具有木质纤维生物质固有的致密结构,严重阻碍了纤维素的糖化反应。因此,有效的预处理是实现稻草秸秆高效转化为还原糖的先决条件。本文综述了稻草秸秆不同预处理方法的作用机制和优缺点,分析了预处理后稻草秸秆理化性质的改变,以及对后续糖化的影响,重点介绍了酶水解糖化的机理与作用效果,并对稻草秸秆预处理技术的发展进行总结。The cellulose and other carbohydrates contained in rice straw can be enzymatically converted into fermented reducing sugars,which shows great potential in the field of biomass refining.However,rice straw has a dense structure inherent to lignocellulosic biomass,which severely hinders the saccharification of cellulose.Therefore,effective pretreatment is a prerequisite for realizing its efficient conversion into reducing sugars.This paper reviewed the action mechanism,advantages and disadvantages of different pretreatment methods for rice straw,and analyzed the changes in the physicochemical properties of pretreated rice straw,and the effect on subsequent saccharification.It focused on the mechanism and effect of enzyme hydrolysis saccharification,summarized the development of pretreatment technology of rice straw.
