玉米秸秆和撑篙竹乙醇精炼废液制备木质素纳米颗粒的研究

摘  要:本研究利用玉米秸秆和撑篙竹乙醇精炼废液,结合超声辅助直接制备得到稳定性好且尺寸均匀的木质素纳米颗粒(LNPs),并通过调控pH值、表面活性剂添加量、超声时间,采用响应面法优化工艺参数。结果表明,超声时间主要影响LNPs的微观形貌和分布均匀性;以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为表面活性剂,在优化后的最佳工艺条件下,由玉米秸秆乙醇精炼废液制得的LNPs粒径可达257.1 nm,由撑篙竹乙醇精炼废液制得的LNPs粒径为183.0 nm;以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为表面活性剂,在最佳工艺条件下,由撑篙竹乙醇精炼废液直接制得的LNPs粒径为195.2 nm,其在水中的分散稳定性更好,LNPs分散液静置7天后保留率>60%。各方法制备的LNPs在<200℃均表现出良好的热稳定性。This study utilized ethanol refining waste liquor of corn straw and Bambusa pervariabilis to directly prepare lignin nanoparticles(LNPs)with good stability and uniform size with ultrasonic-assisted.By adjusting the pH value,adding surfactant dosage,and ultrasonic time,the process parameters were optimized adopting the response surface method.The results showed that the ultrasonic time primarily af⁃fected the micro-morphology and distribution uniformity of LNPs.Using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)as a surfactant,under op⁃timized process conditions,LNPs directly prepared from corn straw ethanol refining wastewater had a particle size of 257.1 nm,while that prepared from Bambusa pervariabilis ethanol refining wastewater was 183.0 nm.Similarly,using sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)as a surfac⁃tant,under optimal process conditions,the LNPs directly prepared from Bambusa pervariabilis ethanol refining wastewater had a particle size of 195.2 nm and showed better dispersion stability in water with retention rate of>60%after allowing the LNPs dispersion to stand for 7 days.The LNPs obtained by various methods all exhibited good thermal stability at<200℃.
