摘  要:基于国际标准ISO 16063.34-2019中对振动传感器温度响应实验温度试验箱的要求,为更好地满足振动传感器温度响应校准实验需求,提高校准精度,设计研制了一种多路温度探测的温度控制系统用于温度试验箱的温度控制与温度监测。介绍了温度控制系统上位机的界面功能设计与基于STM32F103C8T6的温度控制器的软硬件设计。系统兼容4个K型热电偶和1个热电阻同时进行温度测量,理论上可实现−100℃~700℃温度范围的高精度温度测量,采用模糊PID控制实现50℃~600℃的温度控制。经升温测试结果表明,温度控制系统温度控制精度小于1℃,超调量小且响应速度快,该方法极大提高了振动传感器高温校准中的温度稳定性。Based on the requirements specified in the international standard ISO 16063.34-2019 for temperature test chambers used in vibration sensor temperature response experiments,a multi-channel temperature detection and control system has been designed and developed to better meet the calibration needs of vibration sensor temperature responses and enhance calibration precision.This system is intended for temperature control and monitoring within the test chamber.This paper introduces the user interface design for the host computer of the temperature control system and the hardware and software design of the temperature controller based on STM32F103C8T6.The system is capable of simultaneously measuring temperatures using 4 type K thermocouples and 1 thermal resistor,theoretically achieving high-precision temperature measurement across a range of−100°C to 700°C.Fuzzy PID control is used to regulate temperatures from 50°C to 600°C.Temperature rise test results show that the temperature control system achieves precision within±1°C,with minimal overshoot and rapid response.This method significantly improves temperature stability during high-temperature calibration of vibration sensors.
