摘 要:自然形成的小规模学校使得学生受到更多的个性化关照成为可能。基于人类发展生态观、人本主义教育思想等理论,文章提出小规模学校“心理微育人”的概念,选取浙江省西南山区N县的13所小规模乡镇小学作为调研对象,考察以学生心理健康工作为载体的“心理微育人”特征。调研发现,N县13所小规模学校的“心理微育人”特征主要体现在导师制的心理健康工作模式、个性化的心理健康教育、家校深度融合的教育生态、人本主义的教育态度以及宽松的教师育人环境五方面。基于理论和调研的启发,文章构建了小规模学校“心理微育人”工作模式的微、中、外系统并探讨了实施的现实保障。The natural formation of small-scale schools makes it possible for students'psychological development receiving more individualized care.Based on the theories of Ecology of Human Development and Humanistic Education,the paper puts forward the concept of"Psychological Micro Education"in small-scale schools,and selects 13 rural primary small-scale schools in N County located in southwest mountainous area of Zhejiang Province as the research object to investigate the characteristics of"Psychological Micro Education"based on students'mental health work.It is found that the characteristics of"Psychological Micro Education"in 13 small-scale schools in N County are mainly reflected in five aspects:the mental health working mode of the tutorial system,personalized mental health education,the education ecology of deep home-school integration,humanistic educational attitude and the loose work environment for teachers.Based on the inspiration of theories and investigation,the paper constructs the Microsystem,Mesosystem and Exosystem of the working mode for"Psychological Micro Education"in small schools and discusses the practical guarantee of implementation.
