摘　　要：紧密依托于社会实践的中国共产党改革话语深受马克思主义社会革命理论与中华优秀传统文化思想的双重滋养,以对旧发展模式的辩证扬弃为逻辑起点,深刻揭示了特定历史阶段的深厚意蕴,凝聚着党领导改革实践的理性思考与智慧结晶。在四十多年改革开放话语建构的历程中,中国共产党改革话语历时性呈现为聚焦问题解决的破冰探索性改革话语、针对发展滞后的多点开花式改革话语以及推进治理现代化的系统集成性改革话语。科学构建政治话语是推动改革开放的重要环节,中国共产党改革话语的历史嬗变与历史经验启示我们:构建进一步全面深化改革话语要坚持“破”与“立”相平衡,增强改革话语的统摄力;坚持“常”与“变”相结合,增强改革话语的解释力;坚持政治性与艺术性相贯通,增强改革话语的亲和力。The reform discourse of the Communist Party of China(CPC),which is closely based on social practice,is deeply nourished by Marx's theory of social revolution and the excellent traditional Chinese cultural thoughts.Taking the dialectical subrication of the old development model as the logical starting point,it deeply reveals the profound implications of a specific historical stage and embodies the rational thinking and wisdom of the reform practice of the Party's leadership.In the course of more than 40 years of reform and opening up discourse construction,the reform discourse of the Communist Party of China has been diachronic into ice-breaking exploratory reform discourse focusing on problem solving,multi-point innovative reform discourse targeting lagging development,and systematic integrated reform discourse promoting governance modernization.Scientific construction of political discourse is an important link in promoting reform and opening up.The historical evolution and historical experience of the reform discourse of the Communist Party of China(CPC)have revealed that the balance between“breaking”and“standing”should be adhered to in constructing the discourse of further deepening reform comprehensively,and the power of the discourse of reform should be enhanced;adhere to the combination of“constant”and“change”to enhance the explanatory power of reform discourse;adhere to the political and artistic integration as well as enhance the affinity of reform discourse.
