摘 要:信息技术迅猛发展推动高校育人模式变革,网络育人成为提升高校思想政治教育实效性的重要方式。然而,高校网络育人实践常面临资源协同分散、主体协同不足及技术协同受限的困境,难以充分发挥网络育人作用。因此,基于行动者网络理论,聚焦高校网络育人协同机制,深入分析各行动主体间的互动关系及作用机理,从结构调试、情景重构、主体协同三重维度优化,并通过破除资源协同壁垒、重塑技术协同生态、激活主体协同网络等措施,可以有效提升高校网络育人质量与效果,为培养适应时代发展需求的高素质人才提供坚实保障。The rapid development of information technology has propelled the transformation of the education model in colleges and universities,and Internet-based education has become an important way to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.However,the practice of Internet-based education in colleges and universities often faces the dilemmas of scattered resource collaboration,insufficient subject collaboration,and limited technical collaboration,making it difficult to give full play to the role of Internet-based education.Therefore,based on the Actor-Network Theory,by focusing on the collaborative mechanism of Internet-based education in colleges and universities,the study conducted an in-depth analysis of the interaction relationships and action mechanisms among various actors,and proposed to optimize from three dimensions:structural adjustment,scenario reconstruction,and subject collaboration.Moreover,through measures such as breaking down the barriers of resource collaboration,reshaping the ecology of technical collaboration,and activating the subject collaboration network,it is possible to organically improve the quality and effectiveness of Internet-based education in colleges and universities,and provide a solid guarantee for cultivating high-quality talents to meet the needs of the development of the times.
