摘 要:为探讨生成式人工智能在辅导员事务性任务与复杂性教育情境中的适配效能,通过对13名高校辅导员进行深度访谈及ChatGPT测试后发现,生成式人工智能在辅导员事务性任务中表现出显著的效率赋能,但也存在明显局限,如在价值导向性任务中呈现出内容中立甚至偏离,在高情感需求中因敏感性不足而难以达成深度共情与动态应对等。基于生成式人工智能赋能高校辅导员工作的上述机遇与挑战,辅导员应秉持技术赋能与人本关怀动态平衡的工作思路,依循能力更新和伦理监督相结合的工作原则,建立以价值理性超越工具理性、以人本情怀消解技术主宰的人智协作模式,进而实现自身在智能化教育时代的角色转型与素养重构。In order to explore the adaptation effectiveness of generative artificial intelligence in the routine tasks and complex educational situations of counselors,through in-depth interviews with 13 college counselors and tests of ChatGPT,it has been found that generative artificial intelligence demonstrates significant efficiency empowerment in the routine tasks of counselors.However,it shows content neutrality or even deviation in value-oriented tasks,and due to insufficient sensitivity,it has obvious limitations such as being difficult to achieve deep empathy and dynamic response in situations with high emotional needs.Based on the above-mentioned opportunities and challenges of generative artificial intelligence in empowering the work of college counselors,counselors should adhere to the working philosophy of dynamically balancing technological empowerment and humanistic care.They should follow the working principle of combining ability renewal and ethical supervision,and establish a human-intelligence collaboration model in which value rationality surpasses instrumental rationality and humanistic feelings dispel the dominance of technology.In this way,counselors can achieve their own role transformation and literacy reconstruction in the era of intelligent education.
