摘　　要：回顾性资料分析,编写血卟啉注射液光动力疗法治疗子宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变专家共识。专家组成员根据文献资料及临床经验,召开线上及线下会议,讨论并修改草案。专家的意见均被详细记录并讨论,以确保共识能最好地反映该领域的研究进展和专家意见。经过多次会议和修订,专家组一致认同血卟啉注射液光动力疗法治疗在子宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变治疗中的重要性,并就治疗方案达成共识。本共识旨在为血卟啉注射液光动力疗法治疗子宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变的临床应用提供实用指导。值得注意的是,这是唯一由中国抗癌协会肿瘤光动力治疗专业委员会、中华医学会激光医学分会、中国光学会激光医学专业委员会、中国优生科学学会阴道镜和宫颈病理学分会、中华预防医学会生育力保护分会和中国抗癌协会生育力保护专业委员会专家共同撰写的专家共识。今后将开展更多高质量证据研究,以更新现有共识。This study was carried out to review the information and achieve consensus on the hematoporphyrin injection-based photodynamic therapy(PDT)for cervical HSIL.Members of the expert group have held online and face-to-face meetings to discuss and revise the draft of the consensus based on literature review and their clinical experience.Views of the experts were documented and discussed in detail to ensure that the consensus statement best reflected the research progress in the field and the experts'views.After multiple meetings and revising,the experts unanimously agreed on the importance of HiPorfin-PDT in the treatment of cervical HSIL and reached consensus on the treatment protocols.This consensus aimed to provide practical guidance for the clinical applications of HiPorfin-PDT in cervical HSIL in China.Notably,it is the only expert consensus prepared by experts of the Tumor Photodynamic Therapy Committee of China Anti-Cancer Association,the Laser Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association,the Laser Medicine Committee of Chinese Optical Society the Chinese Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology,the Fertility Protection Branch of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association,and the Fertility Protection Society of China Anti-Cancer Association in China.In the future,more researches with high-grade evidences should be made to update current recommendations.
