摘  要:维生素D是一种重要的类固醇激素,参与了人体多系统疾病的调控。皮肤吸收阳光中的B段紫外光(ultraviolet-B,UVB)后,内源性光化学合成的维生素D3是人体维生素D的主要来源。但由于自然因素、社会发展因素、生活习惯改变等的影响,维生素D缺乏问题日趋严重。采用比阳光更高效的人工紫外光源进行无创光疗,是补充维生素D的有效手段,但无创光疗相关研究的开展需以维生素D3内源性合成、代谢过程为基础。本文针对维生素D3内源性光化学合成过程,以及维生素D3在人体内的代谢与调控机制研究进展进行综述,以期为人工紫外光源无创光疗的研究与应用提供参考。Vitamin D is a crucial steroid hormone that plays a significant role in the regulation of multi-system diseases in human bodies.The endogenous vitamin D_(3)photochemically synthesized with the ultraviolet B(UVB)radiation of sunlight serves as a primary source of vitamin D for human beings.However,due to various natural factors,social development influences and lifestyle changes,vitamin D deficiency has become increasingly severe.It has been proven that non-invasive phototherapy utilizing artificial ultraviolet light sources is more efficient than natural sunlight in supplementing vitamin D.Nonetheless,the research on non-invasive phototherapy should be based on the endogenous synthesis and metabolism of vitamin D_(3).Consequently,the endogenous photochemical synthesis process of vitamin D_(3)along with its metabolism and regulatory mechanisms within the human body were reviewed in this paper to provide insights for the research and application of non-invasive ultraviolet phototherapy utilizing artificial light sources.
