摘  要:窄带中波紫外光疗已在世界各地被广泛用于治疗银屑病、白癜风等难治性皮肤疾病,近年来也用于促进人体皮肤合成维生素D,且在动物实验和临床试验中均取得了显著效果。各种新型光源的出现则进一步推动了紫外光疗的临床应用和家庭光疗的开展,但是窄带中波紫外光疗的临床应用的安全性尤其是致癌性也越来越受到人们的关注。本文对近年来窄带中波紫外光疗致皮肤癌的相关临床和基础研究进行了综述,发现目前临床研究中并无窄带中波紫外光疗致癌的依据,动物实验却证实了长期接受窄带中波紫外光可致癌。本文进一步概述了窄带中波紫外光疗致癌的可能机制及早期评估方法,拟为临床医师更好地指导患者正确选择和使用窄带中波紫外光疗提供依据。Narrow-band UVB phototherapy has been widely used in the treatment of psoriasis,vitiligo and other refractory skin diseases all over the world.In recent years,it has been used to synthesize vitamin D,and remarkable results have been achieved in animal and clinical trials.The emergence of various new light sources has greatly promoted the clinical application of ultraviolet phototherapy and the further development of home phototherapy,but the safety of narrow-band UVB phototherapy in clinical application,especially the carcinogenic property,has also attracted more and more attentions.Is this article the clinical and basic research on skin cancer induced by narrow-band UVB phototherapy in recent years were reviewed.No evidence has been found to link narrow-band UVB phototherapy with cancer in clinical studies,but it has been confirmed via animal experiments that long-term exposure to NB-UVB will cause cancer.Furthermore,the possible mechanism and early evaluation methods of narrow-band UVB phototherapy were also outlined hereunder for the sake of providing a basis for clinicians to better guide patients to choose and use narrow-band UVB phototherapy correctly.
