摘 要:急诊血栓性心血管疾病的管理和治疗一直是现代医学中的一大挑战,这些疾病通常伴随有高致死率,且对药物治疗的响应性差。近年来,纳米药物由于其独特的物理化学特性和生物相容性已经逐渐成为解决急诊血栓性心血管疾病治疗难题的新策略。本文综述了纳米药物在急诊血栓性心血管疾病中的研究进展,涵盖纳米药物的设计与制备、靶向递送机制、在急诊血栓性心血管疾病中的应用以及未来的研究方向。The management and treatment of emergency thrombotic cardiovascular diseases remain a significant challenge in modern medicine.These diseases are often associated with high mortality and poor responsiveness to pharmacological interventions.In recent years,nanomedicines have emerged as a promising strategy to address the therapeutic challenges of emergency thrombotic cardiovascular diseases,owing to their unique physicochemical properties and biocompatibility.This article reviews the advancements in nanomedicine in emergency thrombotic cardiovascular diseases,covering the design and preparation of nanomedicines,targeted delivery mechanisms,applications in emergency thrombotic cardiovascular diseases,and future research directions.
