摘  要:心血管疾病是全球范围内导致死亡和疾病负担的主要原因,涉及冠心病、高血压、心力衰竭、动脉粥样硬化等多种病理状态。随着心血管疾病发病率的增加,早期识别和精准评估心血管疾病风险变得尤为重要。胰岛素抵抗在心血管疾病的发生和进展中起着重要作用,成为心血管疾病的重要病理机制之一。胰岛素抵抗代谢评分作为一种新型胰岛素抵抗评估的简便指标,结合空腹血糖、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和体重指数等常规检测指标,有效反映了个体的代谢状态。近年来研究表明,胰岛素抵抗代谢评分在心血管疾病的预测中具有显著的临床价值,其不仅能够作为心血管疾病早期筛查和高危人群评估的重要工具,还能在个体化治疗和预防策略的制定中发挥重要作用。本文综述了胰岛素抵抗代谢评分在心血管疾病中的诊断及临床应用价值,探讨其未来在心血管疾病防治中的潜力和发展方向。Cardiovascular diseases(CVD)are the leading cause of morbidity and mortality globally,encompassing a range of conditions including coronary artery disease,hypertension,heart failure,atherosclerosis,and other related pathologies.With the increasing prevalence of CVD,early identification and accurate risk assessment are critical for effective intervention.Insulin resistance plays a pivotal role in the pathogenesis and progression of CVD and has emerged as a key pathological mechanism in its development.The metabolic score for insulin resistance(METS-IR)is a novel,convenient,and non-invasive indicator for assessing insulin resistance,which integrates conventional clinical biomarkers,such as fasting blood glucose,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and body mass index,to provide a comprehensive measure of metabolic status.Recent studies have demonstrated that METS-IR holds significant predictive value for CVD.It serves not only as an essential tool for early screening and risk stratification in high-risk populations but also plays a critical role in the formulation of personalized therapeutic and preventive strategies.This review discusses the diagnostic and clinical applicability of METS-IR in CVD and explores its potential for advancing future prevention and treatment approaches in CVD.
