摘　　要：内质网应激是中青年高血压病患者发病的重要分子机制,而脾虚痰湿、肝阳上亢是中青年高血压病的主要病机特点,“内质网功能障碍—脾虚”“未折叠/错误折叠蛋白堆积—痰盛”以及“未折叠蛋白反应—肝亢”这三组病理环节紧密对应。因此,基于内质网应激与未折叠蛋白反应探讨健脾化痰平肝法治疗高血压病的科学内涵,为健脾化痰平肝法治疗中青年高血压病提供实验依据,对探索高血压病的中医药防治策略具有重要意义。Endoplasmic reticulum stress is an important molecular mechanism underlying the pathogenesis of hypertension in middle-aged and young adults.Pi deficiency with phlegm-dampness and hyperactivity of Gan yang are the main pathogenic characteristics of hypertension in this population.The three pathological links of"endoplasmic reticulum dysfunction-Pi deficiency","accumulation of unfolded/misfolded proteins-excessive phlegm"and"unfolded protein response-hyperactivity of Gan"are closely corresponding.Therefore,exploring the scientific connotation of the therapeutic method of invigorating the Pi,resolving phlegm and pacifying the Gan for hypertension based on endoplasmic reticulum stress and unfolded protein response,and providing experimental evidence for the treatment of hypertension in middle-aged and young adults with this method,is of great significance for exploring the prevention and treatment strategies of hypertension with Chinese medicine.
