摘 要:随着科学技术的快速发展,数字科技馆已成为公众获取科学知识、体验科技魅力的重要场所。有效管理大量展品、优化参观体验、确保设施安全,成为科技馆工作的重要内容。智能管理系统集成了云计算、大数据和人工智能等先进的信息技术,可以实现科技馆的精细化管理,提升服务质量和效率。基于此,本文以深圳科技馆(新馆)为例,探讨智能管理系统设计,以期为科技馆智能管理提供有益参考。With the rapid development of science and technology,digital science museums have become important places for the public to acquire scientific knowledge and experience the charm of technology.Effectively managing a large number of exhibits,optimizing the visiting experience,and ensuring facility safety have become important aspects of the work of science and technology museums.The intelligent management system integrates advanced information technologies such as cloud computing,big data,and artificial intelligence,which can achieve refined management of science museums and improve service quality and efficiency.Based on this,this article takes the Shenzhen Science and Technology Museum(New Building)as an example to explore the design of intelligent management systems,in order to provide useful references for the intelligent management of science and technology museums.
