摘  要:阻火器是阻止火焰通过的一种安全装置,是油气管道和储罐的安全保护装置之一,也是油气管道上的重点保护设备。其作用是防止火焰通过管道,并在管道引燃时迅速关闭,防止火焰通过。阻火器不仅可以防止火焰通过,还可以防止可燃气体或蒸汽在管道上积聚。目前,常用的阻火器包括机械阻火器、脉冲阻火器、超低温阻火器等。虽然国内外阻火器种类繁多,但结构和原理都大同小异。基于此,本文通过分析阻火器性能及优化设计,为相关工作提供参考和借鉴。Flame arrestor is a safety device that prevents flames from passing through,and is one of the safety protection devices for oil and gas pipelines and storage tanks.It is also a key protective equipment on oil and gas pipelines.Its function is to prevent flames from passing through the pipeline and quickly close it when the pipeline ignites,preventing flames from passing through.Flame arresters not only prevent flames from passing through,but also prevent flammable gases or vapors from accumulating on pipelines.At present,commonly used flame arresters include mechanical flame arresters,pulse flame arresters,ultra-low temperature flame arresters,etc.Although there are many types of flame arresters both domestically and internationally,their structures and principles are similar.Based on this,this article aims to analyze the performance and optimize the design of flame arresters,in order to provide reference and inspiration for the development of related work.
