摘  要:煤粉制备是火力发电的重要环节,其效率与稳定性直接影响电厂的经济效益与安全性。磨机作为这一过程中的核心设备,其性能优劣至关重要。在长期的煤粉研磨过程中,磨机面临着严峻的磨损挑战。煤炭中不仅含有高硬度的石英、黄铁矿等杂质,还伴随着颗粒的冲刷、摩擦与高温作用,导致磨辊、磨盘等关键部件磨损严重。这种磨损不仅会降低磨机的研磨效率,还会增加维护成本,甚至威胁电厂安全。基于此,本文详细阐述磨机在煤粉制备中的磨损特性与耐磨材料的合理应用,以期为相关人员提供有益参考和借鉴。Pulverized coal preparation is an important part of thermal power generation,its efficiency and stability directly related to the economic operation and safety of power plants.As the core equipment in this process,the performance of mill is very important.However,in the long-term pulverized coal grinding process,the mill is facing severe wear challenges.Coal not only contains high hardness of quartz,pyrite and other impurities,but also accompanied by particle erosion,friction and high temperature,leading to roller,disc and other key components wear.This kind of wear not only reduces the grinding efficiency of the mill,but also increases the cost of maintenance,and even threatens the safe operation of the power plant.In this paper,from the following aspects,the wear characteristics of pulverized coal mill and the reasonable application of wear-resistant materials are expounded in detail.
