摘  要:为确保湖北省某泵站的安全、平稳、高效运行,探求大型立式泵站不同型式进水流道水力性能的差异,本文对设计工况下大型泵站不同型式进水流道内部的流动状况进行细致的优化处理。通过对5个不同流道的内流特性进行研究,阐明水泵进口水平与纵向截面上的流速分布情况。依据三维流道内的水流动态数值模拟结果,通过水力损失特性、出口流速分布的均匀性以及流速加权平均角度3个关键指标,对肘型、钟型及簸箕型三种大型立式泵站常用的进水流道的水力效率进行全面评估和对比。研究结果表明,虽然钟型进水流道和簸箕型进水流道能够在一定程度上抬高底板高程,减少开挖度,但肘型进水流道损失最小,水力性能最优。In order to ensure the safe,stable and efficient operation of a pumping station in Hubei Province and explore the differences in the hydraulic performance of different types of inlet channels of large-scale vertical pumping stations,this paper uses the method of three-dimensional turbulent numerical simulation and uses the standard k-ɛturbulence model to optimize the internal flow regimes of different types of inlet channels of the large-scale pumping station under design conditions.The internal flow characteristics of five different flow channels were studied,and the flow velocity distribution of the horizontal and longitudinal sections of the pump inlet was revealed.Based on the numerical calculation results of the three-dimensional flow field of the flow channel,the hydraulic loss characteristics,the uniformity of the flow velocity distribution at the outlet of the inlet channel,and the weighted average angle of the flow velocity at the outlet of the inlet channel were used to comprehensively evaluate the inlet flow regime,and the hydraulic performance of three commonly used inlet channels in large-scale vertical pumping stations:elbow inlet channel,bell-shaped inlet flow channel and dustpan inlet flow channel was comprehensively compared.The results show that although the bell-shaped inlet channel and the dustpan-type inlet channel can raise the floor elevation and reduce the excavation degree to a certain extent,the elbow inlet channel has the smallest loss and the best hydraulic performance.
