摘  要:随着煤矿及油田等井下作业环境的日益复杂和安全标准的不断提高,井下工具的无尘工作间设计显得尤为重要。本文首先分析了无尘工作间的关键设计要素,可以为后续设计提供理论基础。其次,针对无尘工作间布局,提出了一种模块化设计方法,可以根据不同生产需求进行灵活调整,降低设计难度。在材料选择方面,根据无尘工作间的特殊要求,对常用材料进行了筛选和评价,提出了一套适用于无尘工作间的材料清单。最后,介绍了中国海油体系建设中旋转导向液压无尘间的设计过程,总结设计经验,以期为相关应用提供有益参考。With the increasing complexity of underground working environments such as coal mines and oil fields,and the continuous improvement of safety standards,the design of dust-free workspaces for underground tools has become particularly important.Firstly,this article analyzes the key design elements of dust-free workspaces,which can provide a theoretical basis for subsequent designs.Secondly,regarding the layout of dust-free workspaces,this article proposes a modular design method that can be flexibly adjusted according to different production needs,reducing design difficulty.In terms of material selection,based on the special requirements of dust-free workspaces,commonly used materials were screened and evaluated,and a set of material lists suitable for dust-free workspaces was proposed.Finally,the design process of the rotary guided hydraulic cleanroom in the construction of China's offshore oil system was introduced,and the design experience was summarized in order to provide useful references for related applications.
