摘 要:数控车床作为现代机械加工的重要设备,加工精度直接影响零件的质量和性能。在数控车床加工零件过程中,尺寸误差是一个不可忽视的问题。基于此,本文通过介绍数控车床的工作原理及其特点,分析数控车床加工零件尺寸误差原因、常见误差类型,比如加工刀具磨损、机床刚性及刀具刚性不足和冷却液供应不足等,提出相应解决办法,以期为消除数控车床加工零件尺寸误差提供参考和借鉴。As an important equipment in modern mechanical processing,the machining accuracy of CNC lathes directly affects the quality and performance of parts.In the process of machining parts on a CNC lathe,dimensional errors are an issue that cannot be ignored.Based on this,this article explores the causes and corresponding adjustment methods of dimensional errors in machining parts on CNC lathes,introduces the working principle and characteristics of CNC lathes,analyzes the dimensional errors in machining parts on CNC lathes,and proposes common types of errors,such as tool wear,insufficient rigidity of machine tools and tools,and insufficient supply of coolant.Corresponding solutions have been proposed for these types of errors,in order to provide reference and inspiration for eliminating dimensional errors in CNC lathe machining of parts.
