摘　　要：本文旨在探讨KSB ETNY-125型热媒油循环泵轴承箱过热故障的原因及相关处理措施。本文主要论述了该热媒油循环泵的基本特性及其在工业应用中的优势,分析了轴承箱过热的主要原因,提出了相应的预防与处理措施。其中,预防措施包括滑动轴承的选材与选型、装配要点以及构建监测系统实时监测轴承温度等。处理措施包括调整润滑介质油量、更换润滑介质以及检修与回装注意事项等。通过正确选型与装配滑动轴承、定期检查并更换润滑介质、有效构建轴承温度监测系统等,有效控制轴承箱温度在安全范围内,保证设备稳定运行。The purpose of this paper is to discuss the causes of overheating failure of bearing box of KSB ETNY-125 hot medium oil circulating pump and related treatment measures.This paper first summarizes the basic characteristics of the heat medium oil circulating pump and its advantages in industrial applications,and then analyzes the main reasons that cause the bearing box to overheat.Based on this,the corresponding preventive measures and treatment measures are put forward.Among them,the preventive measures cover the selection and selection of plain bearings,the main points of assembly and the construction of monitoring system to monitor the bearing temperature in real time.The treatment measures involve adjusting the quality of lubricating medium,replacing lubricating medium,maintenance and reloading precautions,etc.Through the correct selection and assembly of plain bearings,regular inspection and replacement of lubricating media,and attention to the construction of bearing temperature monitoring system,the bearing box temperature can be effectively controlled within the safe range,and further ensure the normal and stable operation of equipment.
