摘 要:随着我国电力工业的快速发展,亚临界300MW蒸汽锅炉已成为电力生产中的重要设备。然而,传统的给水处理技术,比如加氨或加氧处理,已难以满足现代高参数大容量发电机组对汽水品质及汽水系统化学监督的准确性、及时性的较高要求。在实际运行中,这些传统技术往往导致锅炉结垢、腐蚀等问题,严重影响锅炉的安全性和经济性。基于此,本文分析腐蚀、结垢、积盐的危害,以及给水加氧、加氨工艺防腐现况等,进一步论述水处理工艺技术突破艰难的原因,为水加强碱工艺技术的应用提供支撑。With the rapid development of China's power industry,subcritical 300MW steam boilers have become important equipment in power production.However,traditional water treatment technologies,such as ammonia or oxygen treatment,are no longer able to meet the high requirements of modern high parameter and large capacity power generation units for the accuracy and timeliness of steam water quality and chemical supervision of steam water systems.In practical operation,these traditional technologies often lead to problems such as boiler scaling and corrosion,seriously affecting the safety and economy of the boiler.Based on this,this article analyzes the hazards of corrosion,scaling,and salt accumulation,as well as the current situation of anti-corrosion in water treatment processes such as oxygenation and ammonification.It further discusses the reasons for the difficulty in breaking through water treatment technology and provides support for the application of water enhanced alkaline process technology.
