摘 要:西锐SR20的空调系统旨在提供舒适的飞行环境,确保机组与乘客在各类飞行条件下都能享受适宜的舱内温度与空气质量。然而,在日常维护过程中,空调故障率较高。基于此,本文详细阐述西锐飞机空调系统的工作原理,结合日常维修过程中遇到的典型故障进行分析,提出相应的维护建议与排故措施,以期为维修人员提供SR20飞机空调排故借鉴,减少SR20飞机停场率,保障飞机正常运行。The air conditioning system of Cirrus SR20 is designed to provide a comfortable flight environment,ensuring that the crew and passengers can enjoy the comfortable cabin temperature and air quality under various flight conditions.In routine maintenance,the failure rate of air conditioners is high.This paper expounds the working principle of Cirrus aircraft air conditioning system,analyzes the typical faults encountered in the daily maintenance process,and puts forward corresponding maintenance suggestions and troubleshooting measures in combination with the working principle of the aircraft.Provide maintenance personnel with the idea of SR20 aircraft air conditioning troubleshooting,reduce the parking rate of SR20 aircraft,and ensure the normal use of the aircraft.
